Yup...it's the boring me again....currently using the computer 'illegally' cos actually supposed to do homework de....so once again 顺便 come blog lo...heh heh heh....lol....anw....had the 5 items for napha today...the teacher so unfair de....here are my results: inclined pull ups--10(ya i noe its pathetic) sit and reach--50cm (wohoo!) shuttle run--12.1 sec (ok-ok la) sit ups---31 (just right for A) standing broad jump--180(yes!!) so overall ok-ok la....but the inclined pull up the teacher damn unfair de lor..... k la....gtg le BYE^()^
